Your situation involves immigration law in Germany. For Section 25b (AufenthG), you should:
- Show good integration into German life
- Have lived in Germany for 8 years (or 6 years if you've shown special efforts)
However, response times from the immigration office may vary. You should follow up with them directly.
But i have sent emails and no response, i am living more than 6 years and working here 2 years
I understand your concern. It's worth noting that response times can vary due to workload or other factors. If possible, try to contact them again or consider seeking help from a local legal aid service. Please remember, German law requires refugees to stay in Germany for at least 8 years for Section 25b (AufenthG).
Thanks
