I am an *-year-old female In addition to the abuse, my residency status in the UAE is illegal. My visa expired when I was 13 years old (in *), and I have accumulated massive overstay fines due to my father's failure to renew my documents. I have lost three years of my university life because of these circumstances, and I fear losing a fourth year as well. I desperately wish to travel to Lebanon to join my mom ,I am urgently requesting your legal assistance for the following: An urgent court order to allow me to live with my mother in Lebanon, and prevent my dad from being able to block me from leaving. A request for the waiver of all accumulated overstay fines on my visa and Emirates ID, And a permission for me to leave the country since I'm not planning to renew my documents.I'd like to ask is it possible to go through all of this in secret without his knowledge?
