I have a buisness idea worth alot. I met a guy and he seem to have the skills and desire to help me with my idea. In a room full of people i agreed tk share my idea with him if he agreed inftont of three witnesses to sign a NDC agreement within a short period of time and verbally agreed not steal or share my idea. Two weeks later i asked him to sign it and he is refusing with excuses. What is your advise to me
