hi, I sell a product on Etsy and another seller messaged me stating I was infringing on their patent pending product that they also sell. They said with patent pending they could take legal action and their lawyers would contact me if I don’t take my product off. Are they scaring me or can they really do anything?
What is the nature of the product you're selling and how similar is it to the other seller's product?
