My ENT Doctor recommended me to two clinics because of my Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. 1st was a "neurochiropacter" clinic that just did out-of-pocket treatment that was all pseudoscience.. They denied any financial compensation and said some people have had good results there, and sometimes, holistic approaches can help. 2nd clinic they recommended to me was an optometrist clinic that specializes in BVD/ Binocular Vision Disorder. But the clinic says it's out of pocket for the treatment, and reviews say some ended up paying over $1k with the cost of the * tests + prism glasses. Little bit of digging later.. I figured out they referred me to their brother, and their wife owns the clinic he recommended me to, without disclosing it. I couldn't find any open kickbacks/payments connected to either of the clinics.
