I am being evicted for calling Code Enforcement after several months of landlords failing to repair, replace or install forced heat. Code Enforcement determined that the house doesn't meet code. I filed for an appeal of the Judge's decision. What can I do, being that I was never late with rent, it was always paid at the end of the month for the next month so no money is owed. The landlord told me I complained too much and I had to move out.
