The medical person at Simon and Simon said that I was in the top *% for a high payout and my attorney Amanda Nese got the policy limits and stated we would get 100k and get your 15k giving me high expectations. Pre trail it took about 3 days for my attorney to get back to me about it i emailed she did and i asked questions i stopped the recording and asked more questions she still a Attorney Amanda responded Geico made a 10k offer at pre trail then later made a offer of 25k Amanda declined and made a counter offer of 30k i did know anything about the 25k offer nor did i give Amanda concent to counter offer. I have the Geico report to back up my claim
