if i am stating to a public school district in anticipation for litigation am sending a legal hold notice. Am i alowed to tell them to preserve anything i've mentioned in my cpra request saying including but not limited to video footage from the district, any updates edits changes or alterations to the district website, san marino high school athletic page, simbli which they failed to mention which violates their obligation to properly provide this under their duty to the public
