I did a job for a guy for $* and he unexpectedly passed away. So me and the person working for me found the guys partner. Well my employee somehow had him write athe checks out in his name and went and cashed it. So me and my company never got paid. And im trying to get paperwork to probate court to get my money but the guy representing the estate said i didnt have a claim. I have all the emails and texts to out agreement
