My father-in-law passed away in February. We found a will dated *. My husband and his step-sister were both underage at the time the will was made. It does state that they both receive half of pretty much everything. My question is this though - the step daughter and father-in-law had a joint bank account together. Does my husband have any right to that account at all? The will states he wants his funeral and bills to be paid as soon as possible after his death.
