My mother passed away last year and there was no will a house and a vehicle were in her state. I was given the vehicle and kind from the estate the day I got the title. The car was involved in a hit skip within * hours. I went to put in a claim on the insurance. The insurance had been paid since my mother had passed away. The probate case has not been completely closed yet. I suffered a major loss with this vehicle and I’m looking to be reimbursed.
