My mother passed away 2yrs ago and she had a car loan. I took the car loan place her death certificate * different times trying to get copies of the paper work she signed and trying to see if she had taken out death insurance just in case. They wont tell me nothing or show me the paper work because they say she didnt have a power of attorney on her paper work. They have only came after the car * time but my daughter has the car because it was bought for her and she had been making the payments on the car. So now im trying to see what my options are on either getting copies of the paper work or the title to the car
