I have a situation where my Probate was filled by my Stepbrother and my sister filed a Waiver of Notice. After a year a De Nova hearing is held and since I wasn't notified all I know is this. After the hearing the Attorney and Stepbrother recorded a Affidavit of Heirship and a few days later filed a Notice of Non-suit without Prejudice. The Affidavit of Heirship stated no probate was filed or pending, which both knew it was false. What are they using that for since they could not get Letters Testamentary
