In February the agent said the landlady has into tell me not to bother the new my rent that I should go and use the money to look for house in another place in March * when they threat and harassment from the agent was getting too much I decided to pay for 6 months and are informed him that the payments is for me to have peace of mind while we can for another accommodation as well. Birthday agents was abusing me that day and when the abuse was too much I sent money to her account and the landlady said that he doesn't need my money and that I should send my account details for a refund when the abuse was too much I forwarded my account details surprisingly the landlady herself made the refund and ever since then it is from the one harassment to the order.
