I been staying in an air BNB for two weeks. The host is nice and no problems there. Two nights ago we were in bed at * am we get a message that r account is closed and we need to leave immediately. Do me and my husband called and we appealed an hour later they sent us another message apologizing and reinstated or reservation. So yesterday we went to pay our extension and it was accepted and approved took * out of our account and we got confirmation. An hour later we get another message that r account is closed and we need to verify identity which if u look on his account it's verified. So now they won't reistate took our money we no where to go with two disabled people and kids. The host came here and saw we r not being any kind of risk. I suppose to be able to stay till the 17th. We explained our situation and nothing
