I have lived at my current place for almost 12 years this is my first time ever going through eviction however the evictions not final I have it all just about paid off so it will be closed just for safety I tried to get into an income based apartment because I'm going through a divorce my current landlord gave me a bad reference and said I was going to be evicted which is not true and she gave all my ledgers and my personal information to the place I was applying at ruining my chances and I'm a single mom low income is this legal
