An officer tried to give a ticket for reckless driving solely based off false allegation of my stalker neighbor who harrasses me. The cops are aware of the situation of my neighbor harrassing me and stalking me and always instigating problems and ironically calls the cops after she harassedme . The cops dont do nothing about her harassment towards me. She falsely accused me of driving recklessly without any evidence whatsoever. So the rookie officer was citing me for this false allegation. And to mention i was not even inside my vehicle at the time the officer was citing me i refused to sign it because made no sense especially since he was not present when i was driving which was a whole
