Dear Sir,
I write to draw your attention to the ongoing concerns resulting from the recent directive issued by the CEO of the Waqf Board, which has suspended all land registrations across * acres within the Malkajgiri circle. This order has impacted thousands of families residing across approximately * survey numbers and over * colonies and basthis. As representatives of these communities, we express the growing anxiety within the community. No prior notice was served to the residents who have been staying in their homes for decades, leading to growing concern about their future. It is imperative that their concerns are promptly and fairly addressed.
In the Malkajgiri Circle, the Waqf Board has claimed ownership of certain survey numbers classified as Waqf lands. These lands are currently occupied by lower-middle-class and economically disadvantaged families who have established permanent residences. The residents diligently pay taxes to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC)and other government bodies, benefiting from infrastructure provided by the government, including building permissions, electricity, CC roads, drainage systems, and street lighting. Over the years, they have paid GHMC assessment charges and property taxes in good faith, trusting in their security and legitimacy as citizens of Telangana.
We are not opposed to the preservation of Waqf lands; however, we request your urgent intervention to ensure that the rights of these long-standing residents are respected.
Therefore, we respectfully request that:

- Could you provide a comprehensive list of all the Inspector Auditor WAQF, Muthavalli who have been posted in the Waqf Properties under the jurisdiction of the Malkajgiri since the year *? Are records maintained and available?
