I had to take my trustee to court to get an accounting of my trust. Im trying to answer to it and have many objections.. She has not provided reciept to any of it, and is lacking most all reqiurements.. She has opened many accounts that does not go with the terms in the trust instrument which is in my mothers will. I am now pro se after my attorney with drew.

it is in illinois. i have searched and searched for a lawyer and all colloge law programs .i have also applyed for legal aid and do qualify but they dont take cases like mine and will not even answer questions to anything. Ive never been involved or have any knowledge of what the process is to any of .

i already have, more than once. i have a very low income and cant afford another attorney. that doesnt seem to make a differnce
