In the beginning i was entitled to an accounting of my father's bank account from the POA but he didnt tell the beneficiaries they had this right. When I sued him he had my fsther take me out of the will. 4 years later when they learned i had audio recordings to prove undue influence, they were told they should put me back in the will. They put me back in but didnt make me a POA with unlimited gifting powers like my siblings. They also removed the provision giving me the right to sn accounting. However, the reason I didnt get this accounting in the beginning is because my brother breached his fiduciary duty. Is there anything i can do
Your situation is quite complex and involves potential breaches of fiduciary duty and undue influence. Here are a few steps you might consider:
- Review the settlement agreement for any clauses related to undisclosed assets or accounting rights.
- Gather any evidence you have, such as audio recordings, showing undue influence.
- Consult with a lawyer to explore legal actions for breach of fiduciary duty or fraud.

Id like to work with a contingent attorney but not someone from this area. Everyone seems to be protecting their lawyer.
