I have a New Mexico workers compensation case that I won in trial however the judge decided the date of mmi prior to ordering an independent medical review at which point the head doctor gave the mmi date as of the day the examination took place but the judge decided that the date she decided mmi occurred to be confirmed regardless of what the head doctor said it was..
