I was hurt on tbe job my employer is a native american tribe that i belong too they have private insurance for work comp and so far they failed to notify their insurance company of my injury and comp claim i turned in what can or should i do because i cannot find any lawyer that will take my case because of the tribe having its own insurance company instead of the state of wisconsins workmans comp insurance
