Having difficulty getting the court to enforce an arbitration award I won against a contractor. Court has allowed a pre-trial hearing for defendant, claiming I falsified award documents and forged signatures. I have received notice from defendants attorney for deposition

Yes, I have submitted the entry arbitration award package I received after winning the award to the coury on multiple occasions, basically for each appearance

The operation process was done online andvirtually all signatures evidence exactly where we're submitted online including signatures agreeing on the date by both parties

And how much will that cost this is my problem if I had money to do these things I would have hired an attorney initially instead of opting for the abetration I have utilized all my savings and having the work redone I have no savings left I am and have been living check to check with no cushion in my account due to having had this work we done

Of course I have and every attorney I speak to circles back to wanting to charge me I can not afford and attorney and I don't understand why the courts are allowing this to be dragged on when US title * is not being applied

I am trying everything volunteer at probono's law schools it's either the run around or no one gets back or they want to charge
