Child Neglect Legal Obligations

My father is an immoral and heartless person in the past My father and David are verbally abusive here also they people can some there hit me and bully me and my other brother named Dale one time he tried running away and was crying but he came back here because he had nowhere to go and also at a family party my cousin's cousin named Michael wanted to cause Dale to have a compound fracture and I told on Michael and the other person named Calvin they also tried to drown Dale in a swimming pool but my family still had me go there my father did not bring me to a hospital when I was having symptoms of an allergic reaction and waited a week to bring me when my arm was broken David also did stuff that and even tried holding my nostrils shut when I was sleeping one time. David once kicked a kid named Logan he was under a table and then he blamed it on Dale then Logan started fighting Dale David's friends used to come here and beat us up and one time Dale like tried running away crying But came back here because he had nowhere else to go. My neighbor name Sean used to call us stuff like an asshole and other bad words but like when we told our dad he was laughing and said " stop being paranoid". My father is heartless because he is an unfeeling and cruel person. About the Michael and Calvin thing another family party, they threatened to knock Dale out in the front yard and challenged him to a fight even though they know he was mentally handicapped and my parents even after that forced us to keep going over there until we were *.
