Since the beginning of the modification of child custody was filed, I have struggled to obtain and maintain gainful employment. I was unemployed briefly worked a contracting position, waited table, worked fast food as well as, a position in Kearney Ne working for a property management company. I had two jobs while living in Kearney. Obtained residency in a two bedroom duplex for Gracelynn and I. Due to the distance from Gracelynn and no visitations, I moved back to Omaha in early September * and currently seeking employment. Losing custody of Gracelynn and an inability to see her has caused extreme emotional stress and separation anxiety that became difficult to overcome for months. I am currently seeking full-time employment and with several other debts and priorities the amount ordered to pay is too much. I pray the court will modify the current child support order so that I may build a healthy life and environment for Gracelynn..

Certainly! Here's a draft of a legal statement based on your paragraph:

In the matter of the modification of child custody and support, I, [Your Name], respectfully submit the following statement:
Since the initiation of the child custody modification proceedings, I have faced significant challenges in securing and maintaining gainful employment. I experienced a period of unemployment, followed by short-term contracting work, employment in the food service industry, and a position with a property management company in Kearney, Nebraska. During my time in Kearney, I held two jobs and established residence in a two-bedroom duplex for my child, Gracelynn, and myself.
Due to the geographical distance from Gracelynn and the lack of visitation opportunities, I relocated back to Omaha in early September *. I am actively seeking full-time employment. The loss of custody and inability to see Gracelynn has resulted in profound emotional distress and separation anxiety, which have been difficult to manage.
The current child support order imposes a financial burden that is unsustainable given my present circumstances, which include several debts and other financial obligations. I am committed to providing a stable and healthy environment for Gracelynn and respectfully request a modification of the existing child support order to reflect my current financial situation.
I pray that the court considers these factors in its deliberation and grants the relief sought.
