Bandon, Oregon. The Coos county sheriffs and the Civil Division are refusing to help me with a civil standby with a no contact in place, to retrieve my cat and belongings from a friend's property. This is not a landlord-tenant issue. The owner of the property physically Assualted me, smashed my phone, stole my ID and debit card and also fired shots at my fiance and I when we were trying to leave the property. The sheriffs dept won't even let me press charges against the property owner. The owner also shot at a friend of mine and hers who went to see her to try and get my cat and belongings. Ive asked to speak to the supervisor or someone in charge and they won't let me. My boss and a coworker have also been calling them try to get help for me from them.
