Preventing Contractor Interference Clause
Summary
In England, there isnt a standardized clause for preventing interference by service providers. However, a Non-Interference or Non-Hindrance clause can be included in your commercial agreement. An example clause could be: Party A shall not hinder, obstruct, or adversely affect the performance of other contractors engaged by Party B, or interfere in any way with their contractual obligations. my company have a commercial agreement with a service provider. they also provide services to other contracted service providers of our company. however, they have been hindering the performance of these other contractors. is there a standard type of clause to prevent this? Either way, write me a clause to protect us.
Hello Sam. In England, there isn't a standardised clause for this scenario. However, you may want to consider a "Non-Interference" or "Non-Hindrance" clause.
Here's a general example:
"Party A shall not hinder, obstruct, or adversely affect the performance of other contractors engaged by Party B, or interfere in any way with their contractual obligations."
