I bought a new build home in Feb of * in the state of Florida. In June * I found it had moisture issues and in November * we found out the vapor barrier underneath was not installed correctly and missing in areas. Upon further investigation our footers are not *” into the compacted soil which is an inspection point that was signed off as correct. What do I do and what can I win.
