I used PSECU as my primary bank. Well I have a charge off and a car loan is not current. The only way to pay is to do an automated system on the phone or speak to a representative. I think it would be easier to have account access so I can make my payments. It’s so hard to find time for automation or waiting for a representative over the phone. The loan is for a * CW Jetta $*,*. $* per month.
