The user is concerned about unfair gameplay conditions and deceptive practices by a site. Under Oregon law, the Oregon Unfair Trade Practices Act (UTPA) may have been violated due to lack of notification about site maintenance and potential deceit regarding compensation. Federally, the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTCA) and Truth in Advertising laws prohibit unfair or deceptive practices, which may apply here. The user can file complaints with the Oregon Department of Justice and the FTC for these issues.Full Conversation
