I have contacted them to dispute the charge directly, and have had extensive correspondence with them. At this point, despite providing the documents they have requested, they still have not indicated that they will drop it. Also they claim to have sent me monthly bills, but the first bill I ever received was a collections notice. This could impact my credit score.
