my tattoo artist over charged me on a small size tattoo. She charged $* while others are charging me $*. I agreed to her price expecting a good service and tattoo work. She was talking and distracted during me session and made a small mistake on my tattoo. I am now left with a permanent bad tattoo work from this artist. Her coworker was also vaping and showing her (my tattoo artist) pictures while she was tattooing me. With all that said I was very disappointed with the overall work and I asked to refund me a partial of $* since I don't want her to do my second session for me. She refused because the second session is a “free touch-up”. I then got really frustrated because she charged me $* for * session with a free touch-up. I declined the “free touch up” and would like her to charge me for the work which most artists charge $*, and refund me the rest due to her bad work and bad customer service. She refuses to give me a refund. I asked to talk to the shop manager and she gave me the manager's information however the manager saw my message but didn't reply back. What should I do next?
