No but when i ask him every week if he was able to finish it he always give reasons but he does say yes to an exact date i request but he still didn’t comply rather he gets annoyed from me even tho i only ask him once a week and already paid him full
It sounds frustrating to deal with such delays. In this situation, you can consider the following steps:
- Document all communications with the technician, including dates and promised completion times.
- Draft a formal demand letter stating your grievances and requesting completion or compensation.
- If the issue persists, consider filing a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or seeking small claims court action.
Have you tried discussing the issue directly with the technician to find a resolution?
