Can I expect BBB to mediate a complaint if I send them an e-mail? I do know BBB isn't a government agency. However, I think contacting them by e-mail is the best solution for a company which is using their service to provide automated responses. You read that right. I've somebody say they filed a complaint and received automated responses. This is an absurd. I believe BBB can act explicitly by contacting them by e-mail.
