Hi Marcos! What kind of legal issue are you dealing with? This will help me provide the most relevant information for you.
A car dealership lied to the bank and said I received SSI disability to get me approved. I never have received SSI disability. I know have a government grid * wage garnishment on my credit report that hit my credit score hard they haven’t garnished any wages because I don’t receive SSi disability. All the paper work was done at the dealership online with a digital signature and there are * different signature spots that have the exact time down to the seconds.
That sounds really challenging, Marcos. You may be dealing with issues related to fraud, misrepresentation, and potentially identity theft. Here are some steps you might consider:
*. Contact the Bank: Inform them about the fraudulent information and provide any evidence you have.
*. Report to Credit Bureaus: Dispute the wage garnishment on your credit report with the three major credit bureaus.
*. Consult a Lawyer: You might need legal assistance to address the fraud and wage garnishment.
