I paid someone money through the Zelle app for an extended stay for vacation. The place we were renting from the person was subpar. The first part of the trip was through Airbnb. The extension was money paid directly to the person. Once I filed a grievance with Airbnb for the room being advertised inappropriately, we had to vacate the condo and they gave me a portion of the money I’d paid Airbnb back. The $* I paid the gentleman through Zelle is not willing to give me back my that money. What can I do?B
