i just wanna know if im allowed to have my customers sign a waiver before buying a toy from me in michigan or on etsy because i use safety eyes and wanna make sure that my customers understand there are risks and kids should be supervised while using my items and that kids under * shouldnt use my toys at all and that they understand things can come undone with normal wear and tear and im not liable for that
