2 years ago I bought a phone online from a company called NGP store USA for $*. After 10 days I realized I didn't want the phone and requested a refund. I paid shipping and sent the phone back. 9 days went by after they received my phone and I couldn't reach them by phone or email regarding the status. I have photos of the phone in the package before I shipped it back. The photos include a picture of the serial number and imei number. I finally get a response from them saying I sent a phone that was broken and "materially different" from the phone they sent me. However they included their own pictures which clearly shows my phone in much worse condition than when I dropped it off at ups and also the serial number and imei are the same. Long story short they said they were charging a *% restocking fee and I said no in that case mail it back they said I had to pay for shipping again so I did then sent them a picture of the shipping label and never heard back from them I wrote a letter to the better business bureau they said they told me after 10 days they were going to throw the phone in the trash which they didnt i have all the emails and pictures. So I never got my phone back or my money back. How can they tell me they won't refund me because the phone was a different phone when I have proof that the serial number and IMEI number are the same as the phone I bought as the phone i sent back it is the same phone. How do I get my money back I tried every option containing better business bearu attorney general filed dispute with my bank and PayPal which were denied isn't it obvious they screwed me over?
