I have everything in writing and emails. I was also then notified the puppy died in their care on */*/* in Utah. They offered an insurance coverage of $*,*.* but said I first had to pay and $*,*.* processing and transaction fee. I e-signed the document and paid the fee. They then determined I should be compensated in the amount of $*,*.* but would have to pay additional processing and transaction fees of $*,*.*. I e-signed a updated document and paid the fees. They then decided I should be compensated $*,*.* but would have to pay the additional processing fee of $*.*. I told them no but they said the insurance company had already been notified so they could not reverse the process. I had to take out a loan so it took some time and I paid the additional fee. They said I had to pay a $* late fee, so I took out another loan and paid it. Now they are claiming I have to renew the policy to receive the funds. They had me set up an account and the funds appear to have been deposited on */*/* in the full amount of $*,*.*. I do not understand the fees and feel like something unethical is going on.
