I paid for a phlebotomy course in full yesterday morning(the course was $*.*); however, today I found out I’m unable to attend it due to childcare issues. I called the program and spoke with the owner who told me she is not issuing a refund as the invoice states there are no refunds on phlebotomy courses; however, I never attended a course. Can I take this matter to litigation?
