I towed my car to a Ford dealership that told me they fix the recalls on that car, we signed papers that specifically said to only do the recalls that were covered by Ford. They did a diagnosis on the car and said they wouldn't be able to do the recalls because it wouldn't start and that we owed $* for the diagnosis because Ford won't cover that, and it also will cost $* a day for storage until we tow it off their lot, and we have to pay before they give us back the key. we don't have the money to pay .what can we do.
