Not sure this is a legal issue but don’t know way else to turn. My mother recently passed and while at the cemetery we discovered that two headstones had been placed on the wrong graves. My mom and her sister paid *.* back in the *’s and the town wants us to pay another *.* to have them placed correctly. I feel it is their mistake but they will not hear of it. Do me and my aunt have to pay again?
