I bought a electronic product from Zepto on 7th July *. But the product was not working and I can't able to reach customer service. The only way to reach is through mail
But the mail communication was too slow and I didn't get replacement and refund. They told me to take the product to service centre. But why I should take the product to service centre. Pls suggest some legal ways to sort it out and kindly tell is there any law available for this case
