I got my electricity shut off and have a Bill of over *,* I have not been able to pay it because of covid and medical reasons have not been able to work and the bill is for about 4 years I apply for LIHEAP and they paid like $* and something and I just wanted to know if the discussion was legal because I inform them that I was not able to work and that I had medical problems but they did not give me no other options and I'm not supposed to be in the heat because I have seizures and they disconnected it during the heat
