Bluefield West va I took my I took my vehicle to a mechanic he said he could fix it he charged me $* to put a water pump on it and that didn't fix it and he kept saying that I can fix it I can keep it fix it so he just kept holding on to it well I owed money on it so I called the card lot and she told me to have him bring her dollars and he could have the title to it and I said cuz he was going to give me $* worth so I told the car lot well he didn't agree to the car lot but as soon as I told him that he was like well you left the car here over 30 days the car is now mine so he took possession of my vehicle plus $* for my fuel pump that he put on there that he has and I was just calling to see if there's any way I could at least get the $* back
