I have some questions regarding an event team liquid had over the past * weeks in which they did giveaways every day.

I guess we shall start from the beginning. Team liquid had a race to world first event, streamed on twitch as well as youtube. During this event, they had a daily marbles race during the teams dinner break. On all but 2 days ( Day * and Day * ) the casters commented that winning the marbles race would grant you access into a Grand Prize marbles race for an alienware PC outlined in the ToS.

I managed to win on of these daily marble races, and was subsequently sent the terms and conditions as well as some information I had to fill out regarding shipping.

I responded to the community manager concerning the grand prize eligibility and he basically told me that the caster made a mistake that the anyone could enter the grand prize giveaway

I'm not sure why you would think we would let just * people participate, and I'm not sure how we'd set that up as that's clearly unfair.
The aim from the beginning was to make sure that previous winners are also eligible to participate and win the grand prize, it was never "only previous winners are eligible".

I don't understand why that is what was mentioned, and then even after I was told it was a mistake and you found out it was a mistake the mistake still happened.
From my perspective, I won a game of marbles that entered me into a marbles race for a PC, and you get that entry into the marbles race by winning the race.
Just because it doesn''t make sense and seems unfair doesn't mean that's not what was advertised.
