My car was just repossessed. I paid what was past due in person two days after the date given to pay by on the notice of default letter i was given. The woman at the title loan office said this payment would take me from 30 days late to 2 days late. Then 3 days later thry took my car. Is this legal in missouri without sending me a second notice of default or is it legal at all?
Did you receive any written confirmation or receipt for the payment you made at the title loan office?
