We are leasing a * Ford Escape from a company called Trusty Cars and Credit. We have worked with this leasing company before and on our 3rd car from them within the past 2 years. The other * previous cars we have had blew up and the company sent them to the scrap yard forcing us to apply more down payments. Our current vehicle just had the transmission blow up on it. Even though we are paying for a powertrajn warranty for the car, they are refusing to fix it. They are refusing to let us out of our lease. They are refusing other dealers to buy out the lease. They are only reporting this auto loan to one credit beauru. My credit/income wont allow me to have * auto loans. But the leasing company will not let me do anything AT ALL. The dates on my current lease paperwork are also wrong and do not match eachother. Please let me know if you can help!
