Resolving Medical Billing Disputes

Summary

If youre dealing with medical billing and insurance issues in Ohio, consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for financial disputes and the Ohio Department of Insurance for insurance-related issues. These organizations can provide assistance in resolving your concerns. Additionally, ensure all relevant documentation is organized and consider reaching out to a patient advocate or legal aid organization for further support. If previous attempts with legal aid were unsuccessful, exploring other local resources or contacting the Ohio Attorney Generals office for consumer protection might be beneficial.
