I bought a car from a car dealer when I applied I applied on line the dealer said if I had a cosigner they could sell me one I talked to my son he agreed to cosign. They asked him to stop in on way home from work sign papers they were suppose to email me my papers to sign he went and signed then next thing I know their asking how do I want to obtain the car delivery is what I planned anyway went the next day and picked it up. Come the first payment I needed to make there was no car luan at bank iny name. The car company put the whole luan in my son's name who was only a cosigner problem is all this debt in his name if I get toll charged tickets wrecks anything it's in his name and secondly I'm trying to build my credit and this car would help accept my name is no where on the loan even though I make all the payments. Is what they did not illegal
